My 1-on-1 Pilates program
combines traditional Pilates movements alongside stretching and whole body body movements designed to strengthen your 'Core' while maintaining length and flexibility throughout the body.

My aim is to provide you with a deeper awareness of your mind and body and to facilitate the process of proper alignment and change.  I also offer practical advice and tools that you can take away and use on a daily basis to make the process even more effective.
